Clean, modern, spacious apartment in a well-connected area
8.0Modern, clean, spacious apartment: high ceilings, large windows, modern kitchen with a small but complete set of tools, pots and dishes. Lots of wardrobe space. Modern heating/ac system with thermostats in many separate zones. Electronic keys (open using phone app) that were perfectly working.
− The bathrooms have no appropriate exhaust systems. (High humidity; paint is starting to come off.) Overall slightly run down / lack of maintenance: Wardrobe and cupboard hinges corroded or defective, kitchen lights not working, remote control for (ceiling mounted) kitchen exhaust not working, many of the roller blinds not working.
