I would also like to share some positive feedback about the stay. The property itself has good potential, and the host was polite and tried to help when we reported the noise issue from the upstairs unit. However, it took some time for the situation to be addressed that night. The following day, when I asked if it would be possible to move to another unit to avoid the noise problem, I was informed that everything was fully booked and no other alternatives were offered. Because of this, and the issues we experienced during the stay, our overall experience unfortunately was not very good.

− During my stay, I noticed a few issues that I would like to report. The bathroom shower was leaking water outside of the shower area, which made the floor wet after using it. There were also many mosquitoes inside the property during the nights, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, when it rained, a large amount of water accumulated at the main entrance of the property, making it inconvenient to enter and leave. On the first night of our stay, the guests in the unit upstairs made a lot of noise very late at night. It also seems that there is very little sound insulation between the upstairs and downstairs units. Since we stayed in Unit 2 on the first floor, we could hear a lot of noise from above, which made the night quite noisy. I just wanted to share this feedback so these issues can hopefully be addressed for future guests.

The beds were very comfortable and we all loved the rain showers. The location was really nice too. Excellent restaurants in walking distance.

− The back yard has so much potential! It wasn't clean though and the furniture is in rough shape. A little landscaping and maintenance would go a long way.

I would come back again and again.

− The parking was a lot of confusion and stress when the residents and other guests were home.

− Rooms are small and the bed in master bedroom was very squeaky. Almost no door in the master bathroom

The place has a great space, nice facilities. Would definetely recommend and would come back!

− The shower space has no door, so everytime someone would shower, the bathroom get entire wet. There was some dust in the lamps and on the floors.

Apartamento muito bem equipado e agradável. Roupas de cama de boa qualidade e limpas. Atendimento atencioso e duas vagas de carro. Sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa.

− O entorno não é muito bonito, mas não tivemos problema algum. Cômodos um pouco apertados para hospedar mais pessoas (fomos em 6) e apenas um banheiro.
