9.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, and other essential services all within easy walking distance. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very impressed and would happily stay here again. The only minor issue was that the bedroom doors need some maintenance. Because of the unusually hot weather, we had to keep the windows open, and the airflow caused the doors to move and make noise. Apart from this small inconvenience, everything else was excellent.

Comfortable, spacious and clean property only 25 mins from central - ideal for couples or friends.
10.0Property was a great location, only 5 min walk from Balham tube stop with plenty of amenities just a short walk away including supermarkets, cafes, coffee shops. The property was really spacious (which I'm not used to in London!), very light and airy & was spotlessly clean. We visited during a heatwave and the hosts even provided 2 Shark fans to keep us cool. Kitchen had everything we needed, the two bathrooms were ideal for 4 people and the location was great for anyone who doesn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of central London but can still easily travel there via tube. Would 100% stay again!

10.0This was a very clean, spacious and homely place to stay. The property was very close to public transport and nearby shops and supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything provided that you could need. We loved the spacious living area, the 2 bathrooms and the comfy beds.
