10.0La ubicación era inmejorable, en pleno barrio del Soho, en una calle llena de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. Estaba todo muy limpio y la distribución del apartamento en general era muy buena para una pareja con dos niños.

8.0Die Lage fanden wir super.
− Eine Schranktür war defekt. Die Abflüsse im Bad waren fast verstopft, das Wasser ist nur sehr langsam abgeflossen. Die Brausearmatur war defekt, sie ließ sich nicht feststellen. Das war beim duschen sehr umständlich.
