9.0Posizione ottimale, appartamento accogliente e spazioso per 4 persone. Personale disponibile per ogni problema. Vicino a due fermate della metro, quartieri sicuri e di benestanti. Presenza anche di un supermarket a 10 minuti a piedi e vicinanza ad ottimi ristoranti italiani.
− Cucina accettabile, necessita di una pulizia profonda o sostituzione al piano di lavoro che è rovinato.

− Había un montón de focos fundidos sin luz en el baño y en el comedor, tampoco teníamos papel de cocina. Pedimos hacer la salida a las 11 y nos dijeron dijeron que no. La ducha se inundaba nada más comenzar a ducharte . Un apartamento que necesita mantenimiento

9.0Appartement plutôt vaste, très confortable et bien équipé situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, fort bien relié au centre et aux principaux points d'intérêt par métro. Les instructions données pour l'accès étaient claires.
− L'appartement est situé à l'entresol ("basement") et n'a donc pas de vue sur la rue.

10.0O apartamento superou nossas expectativas! Extremamente bem localizado, muito perto da estação de metrô Gloucester (caminhada agradável de 5 minutos), com ótimo mercado nessa mesma estação, restaurantes, praças e típica arquitetura londrina nos arredores. Muito aconchegante e amplo, o tamanho realmente nos surpreendeu. As camas eram muito confortáveis, com lençóis e toalhas limpos e de ótima qualidade. O piso do banheiro era aquecido e havia toalheiro térmico para secar as toalhas, o que em Londres é uma necessidade. Uma segunda geladeira grande também foi útil e máquina de lavar roupa. Cozinha muito bem equipada e espaço de sobra para guardarmos todas as roupas e sapatos (tem até um closet!). A comunicação com os administradores foi sempre amável, clara e ágil. Quando voltar a Londres, não pensarei 2 vezes para me hospedar novamente aqui!
− O único porém, dependendo de quem se hospedar e tamanho/quantidade de malas, é que há um lance de escadas íngrime e alto para descer, mas eu jamais deixaria de me hospedar aqui por causa desse detalhe!

10.0El departamento es amplio, comfortable y muy bien equipado. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Está muy bien cuidado y limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable, el barrio de Kensignston/Chelsea es uno de los más lindos de Londres.
