10.0El apartamento estaba expecional. Estaba en una zona de pub y no se escuchaba nada de ruido por la noche. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario y con aire acondicionado. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente a la llegada, todas las explicaciones del propietario fueron muy precisas.Todo perfecto y la ubicación mejor imposible.
Brillante estancia en Londres
8.0La estancia ha estado genial, La ubicación excelente, además al ser interior era silencioso, el aire acondicionado con la ola de calor que hubo fue imprescindible. Para nosotros y los dos niños el tamaño era suficiente. El frigorifico funcionaba muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
− El precio demasiado alto y el colchón de la cama está para cambiar y el del sillón es demasiado duro, aunque los niños de 7 y 11 años han descansado. Algo de menaje más en la cocina y de jabones y papel en el baño para seis días igual se quedaba algo justo.

3.0Nothing. It was expensive for what they offered.
− The property itself was bad. The floors were creaking. The AC had dust fall off on the first day. The amenities offered were 35ml each and I stayed there for 4 days, which was ridiculous. For an accommodation for three, there was not even a single extra towel to use if needed. The tissue rolls were limited to the count of 3. One of the reviews said that the apartment had great sound control but that was untrue, you could hear music and people in the apartment, so if you want to have a sleepless night, that is a great place. I could not count my days to finish the stay and get out of that place as the full amount was taken upfront and I had no choice.

After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
