− Parking costs (outrageous), hidden resort fees. I selected this property because of the beautiful pool and the view. However, the pool experience was a complete debacle. First, when I arrived, I was charged $42 a night for resort fees, to use the “amenities.” The first night, I go to the pool, which closes at 7pm. That was bad enough, but they close the entire pool area, meaning, you can’t even relax by the pool at night and enjoy the views. Definitely not pleased. The first night I go to the pool, I was advised by a security guard, who was guarding the entrance to the pool area, that I was not permitted to bring in my water bottle. At first I thought it was a joke. I’ve stayed at multiple hotel/residences in downtown Miami, and I’ve never been refused because I have a water bottle. Other places I’ve stayed, I’ve enjoyed the pool area with a Red Bull or cup of coffee. But not here. I couldn’t believe it. After passing security to get to the pool, I observed a poor couple get absolutely berated by a manager and security guard because they brought in a water bottle. Again, absolutely surreal. After the argument, they dumped out the water. Without question, I will never stay here again. I will pick a place that actually allows you to enjoy the pool.

What a beautiful and big apartment in a middle of downtown, short walk to kaseya arena, bay and 25 minutes walk to Brickell. View from this 32nd floor balcony at night was stunning. Beautiful pool area with a bar on 9th floor. Can only recommend!!!

− There was only one remote controller for a tv in bedroom. So i couldnt watch tv in a living room...

L’emplacement et la vue sont exceptionnel . Appartement très bien équipé et propre, bonne literie etc . Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et de la salle de sport également ! Bref superbe !!

Der Balkon und die Aussicht sowie die Lage waren fantastisch Der Pool war unglaublich schön man kann echt viel machen. Rundherum um das Airbnb gibt es auch ganz viele Restaurants die sehr beliebt sind sogar also man muss nicht weit reisen um gut essen zu gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch gerade in der Nähe.

− Dafür, dass wir zwei Wochen da waren. Drei Personen gab es kaum Toilettenpapier. Es hatte kein Salz und Pfeffer sowie Öl oder sonstige einfache Sachen, die man im Haushalt haben sollte nicht da. Man konnte, wenn man früher abreisen musste die Koffer nicht abgeben an der Rezeption das war schon sehr blöd.
