7.0I like the area being that it was clean and easily accessible to the highway. The community has restaurants and coffee shops with in walking distance.
− Their dryer was not working and we had to go to a laundromat to return with clean clothes.

8.0Great location, spacious rooms, TV in each room, good quality white appliances, arcade games, and clean overall.
− 1. Not knowing there was upper floor rented separately. There’s no sound proof in the house. When upstairs guests walk and talk, I can hear everything. They were never rowdy or loud, they made just living noise. But that travels directly downstairs. 2. Master bed boxspring makes loud squeaky noise. 3. Chairs don’t have cushy felt stickers underneath so they squeal when pulling and pushing. 5. Living room sofa is dirty with huge stains. 6. Parking in and out is not easy

10.0Appartement très bien équipé et situé à 5mn à pied de la Calle Ocho, le cœur de Little Havana. Parfait pour qq jours à Miami. Les enfants ont bcp apprécié les 3 jeux d arcade !
− L’isolation de l’appartement n’est pas épaisse donc si les voisins du dessus sont bruyants on les entend mais ce ne fut pas vraiment notre cas pendant notre séjour.
