Gemütliche Wohnung im Zentrum von London mit einigen Mängel
6.0Die Lage ist super: fußläufig von Bahnhof Kings Cross (15 Minuten zu Fuß) und 40 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Sehr ruhig, super zum schlafen, Fenster schauen in die ruhige Gasse ohne Autos. Man merkt, dass vieles renoviert wurde: und zwar die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, die Treppe in den unteren Stock mit Schlafzimmer. Die Betten sind neu und sauber, gute Matrazen,, der Teppichboden im unteten Stockwerk ist auch ziemlich neu. Im Bad gab es ausreichend Shampoos, Duschgel, Seife, Toilettenpapier. In der Küche gibt es Tee, Kaffeekapsel für Kaffeemaschiene, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Olivenöl, Zucker. Die Küche ist sehr schön, hat auch Mikrowelle. Man sieht, dass viel Liebe investiert wird. Kommunikation wegen Schlüsselabholung war auch bequem: man holt den Schlüssel in einem Store flexibel ab, Wegbeschreibung war sehr nützlich. Unweit gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft Portland und gleich davor ein Lokal, das Frühstück anbietet. Viele nette Restaurants in der Nähe.
− Ich würde noch den Kühlschrank durch einen Neuen ersetzen: die Küche ist neu, nur der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt. Der Schloss in die Wohnung ist schwer zum öffnen. Weil das Gebäude alt ist, gibt es im Untergeschoss ein mufflicher Geruch der Feuchtigkeit, man muss viel lüften. Das Bad braucht eigentlich eine Renovierung, ist schon sehr alt. Wasser im Waschbecken fließt leider schlecht ab. Im Hauptschlafzimmer muss man die Einbauschränke neu machen, die sind seht alt und unschön, man möchte sie nicht benutzen.
