I wish I had booked an another place.
4.0Location, car parking facility, it could have been fine if the heating was working. Host or the domestic cleaning company should have known that heating was not working and it's just before Christmas in London.
− It became extremely stressful trying to contact the number given on the booking.com. not contactable and even booking.com were unable to get in touch with them. I had children and other family members with the health issues with no heating on in the month of December in London. Extremely stressful.
Clean, convenient place to stay.
8.0Location handy for one underground. Great location near shops and restaurants in St John's Wood. Very near Lords Cricket ground. Comfy beds. Clean. Three good sized bedrooms. The fourth bedroom was small so gle room.
− Front bedrooms were a bit noisy from the proximity to a main road Woodwork looking tired and worn. Kitchen was pokey and to add to the pokiness the door opened onto the kitchen, cutting it in half directly opposite the stove/ oven making it very awkward to use (We ate out ) Quite a faff having to use a link to access a site where we had to upload passports and other all guests / customers staying at the property.
