Terrible property manager, ok flat, good location
1.0The location itself was really good. The apartment was ok, however was lacking attention to detail in its provisions (eg. no basics like tea or coffee, tongs, oil for cooking were provided despite a full kitchen. Not enough toiletpaper was supplied for length of stay)
− We had a terrible experience with the property manager. The evening before we were due to check out the apartment lost power. We checked all the breakers etc before attempting to contact the manager, who didnt pick up multiple calls. After finally replying to our messages nearly an hour later, they informed us they "weren't close by" and wouldn't arrange an electrician till the morning. We let them know this was unacceptable as we had things like clothes locked in the washing machine, however they simply stopped replying and left us without any aid, power, or ability to cook food across two days. With no response from the manager we were forced to checkout earlier than planned the following morning. We received a message from the manager later the following day telling us an electrician would be arriving and that they expected us to provide them with access to the apartment ourselves. We informed the manager that we had already checked out and never heard back from them. As a result we lodged a complaint and refund request with booking.com which was granted. We would never stay at this manager's properties again due to the unsafe situation they left us in.

Harika konum ve evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz. Her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi.
10.01) Konumu çok iyiydi. Yaklaşık 2-3 dakikalık yürüme ile harika marketlere (özellikle Waitrose market) ve bütün ulaşım imkanlarına erişebiliyorsunuz. Biz çoğunlukla evde yemek yaptık, Waitrose’dan aldığımız hazır yemekleri evde mikrodalgada ve fırında ısıtıp yedik. Her şey lezzetliydi. 2) Evin içinde kendi evinizde aradığınız her türlü eşyayı bulabiliyorsunuz. Mutfak zaten olağanüstü konforluydu. Fırın, mikrodalga,nespresso makinesi, ocak, tava, tabak, ütü, ütü masası, saç kurutma vs her şey var. 3) Ev sahibi çok kibardı ve ilgiliydi. Her sorumuza hemen hızlıca dönüş aldık.
− 1) Biz 3. Katta kaldık. Ancak oldukça dik ve dar 52 basamak çıkmanız gerekiyor. Bu konuda düzeltilebilecek bir şey yok maalesef.
