1.0I could not get into property because was not sent 6 digit code by email and person in shop said need code to put into system to confirm which are your keys. Spent around 40 minutes with him trying to resolve situation, finally in the end had to look around for a hotel then and there in early hours if morning due to travel issues and spent over an hour finding one that was not extremely expensive and went there. I am solicitor and Director of my own firm. I shall be seeking return of my hotel fee that I paid being sum of £350 and compensation for a very stressful inconvenience caused to me in the early hours of the morning as trains were ran late from Birmingham International to Euston and reached the to property at 1.40am including cost of hotel had to book then and there!

− The owner canceled my reservation in the morning of my check-in date. I was forced to make a same-day reservation for another hotel under much less favorable conditions. No compensation no sorry. The owner offered me another accommodation which is far away for the area I booked.

10.0Great stay at this one-bedroom flat in Soho! I was in London for business and the location couldn’t have been better—super central with great transport links, so getting around was really easy. The area is very lively, with loads of places to eat and things to do right on your doorstep, which I loved. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

10.0I had a great stay at this one-bedroom flat. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is also a big highlight—very central and convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

− When we entered the flat, there were clothes in the washing machine and it was running. The floors were dusty, and the bed sheets were old and faded. There were dirty clothes inside the cupboards and drawers. It felt as if someone had just left. The flat was so dirty that we couldn’t cook. I definitely do not recommend it. The price is far too high for these conditions.
