A clean, comfortable, well-furnished and practical apartment
9.0Perfectly located in the middle of Berlin, this is exactly what we needed for our stay: a simple, clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed to cook in the evening. The owner is very easy to communicate with and while the flat is nothing really fancy, it is cleverly furnished and very practical. In terms of quality/price ratio, it really stands out.

5.0Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w dzielnicy Mitte. Pod nosem wszelkie środki komunikacji S-bahn, tramwaj, autobus, przystań żeglugi rzecznej. W pobliżu liczne sklepy i restauracje. W mieszkaniu szczelne okna izolujące od hałasu i skuteczne zasłony od słońca. Wygodne łóżko. Sympatyczny gospodarz.
− Po wejściu do mieszkania odnieśliśmy wrażenie ,że jesteśmy na planie filmu "Good by Lenin" (kto nie oglądał serdecznie polecamy). Poza sprzętami w kuchni reszta jest z epoki DDR. W łazience wanna z urwanym drążkiem od prysznica , oświetlenie to jedna słaba żarówka, zepsuty wyłącznik światła. Bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni - 3 talerzyki, 2 łyżeczki, 1 kubek.
