Family trip to Venice
4.0The view was spectacular It was great we walked out the door and a block away were so many shops and restaurants Very easy to walk around. This area wasn't as packed as some of the other areas The check in was done through a buzzer and what's app got info The apartment was cute inside
− The first night we didn't have any a/c it kept shutting off all night We contacted them through what's app and they wouldn't call us to help and would only text They kept telling us to do different things that weren't working, it was way too hot. Finally the 2nd day the a/c started working I hate to rate this so bad but we were miserable and didn't get any sleep the first night The 2nd night with the a/c it was great ..We probably will always get a hotel so that someone will be on staff to fix a problem immediately ..

9.0The location was perfect for our family, with walking distance to attractions and transit stops, plus a park 5 minutes away. And the views were AMAZING!
− The drain on the shower was slow, not a big deal though- we turned the water off while soaping up, which helped conserve warm water.

10.0Oh my goodness… the best location. Opening those windows/shutters in the morning was the best feeling. We loved it. Great location from the station and easy to access the rest of Venice. Could easily stay there again.
− The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows.. it was like sleeping with no pillow. So flat. New fluffy pillows would be great.
