Basic House with limited amenities

The location was great.

− The chairs in the seating area as well as bar stools were small and not comfortable. They had simple metal chairs and stools which were hurting. All bathrooms did not have any towel hanging hooks. The toilet paper was not enough for 4 nights. The water would be warm after the first few minutes of shower even when no one had taken shower. It would have been great if the entrance had like a flat ground instead of tiles where we had to lift the luggage with wheels. A big need to upgrade the furniture and amenities in the house.

La disposition des chambres, leur confort et les beaux volumes de la maison. Le quartier est très agréable. Le billard a été apprécié. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien agencée

− Galère pour obtenir le code d’accès à la maison qui est donné contre une caution de 350$ non stipulée en amont. L’eau de la piscine beaucoup trop chaude à notre arrivée (environ 34/35 degré), radar en guise de lumières extérieures ce qui est gênant pour les soirées barbecues… le bruit de la pompe à chaleur et climatisation est très gênant pour la chambre attenante. Location pour 12 personnes mais la vaisselle n’est pas adaptée, pas de grandes casseroles. Manque 1 chaise autour de la table. Problème sur une fenêtre…. Jour important entre mur et montant de la baie calfeutrée par un gros scotch.

Nice spatious house in a quiet neighbourhood

Nice house in the northern part of Miami. Rooms are big for European standards. Living room and Kitchen are huge together! Pool was heated which was great for the kids in our group. Really liked the neighborhood which was relatively quiet especially at night. Close to the Aventura mall which is worth a visit. House has most important amenities. Airconditioning is working well. Apart from a few things we had a great time here. Would really recommend!

− Cleaning could have been a bit better. It wasn't terrible but the floor and the kitchen area could have been cleaner. We mopped the floor ourselfs. Also some things need to be renovated or replaced (refrigerator doors, couch, some damage to walls, doors and bathroom ceiling).

Nice house, but not very comfortable

Good stay, pool is nice and big windows, drive way is amazing, house is nice, but furniture is not the best, beds are not very comfortables.

− Only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms, very inconvenient, 6 people had to share one bathroom.

spotless & cozy in a perfect location. Host was responsive and helpful.

it's very spacious and clean. one of best i ever been to honestly. the pool view was everything.
