10.0Very comfortable stay! Highly recommended due to convenient location and comfort - we have been using kitchen for breakfasts and lunches and it was very nicely equipped - which I rarely find in similar apartments in Miami :) the apartment had everything we could have needed for a few nights stay and location offered multiple options within a short walking distance for eating out without a need for a car/ Uber.

1.0The views were nice. the apt was clean. I was not happy with anything else.
− Misleading listing with several hidden fees. Advertised as a luxury apartment but it’s inside a hotel with mandatory resort fees and offsite paid parking not clearly disclosed upfront, pre booking. Unit was poorly equipped (not enough bedding), extremely hard mattress, paper thin fleece blanket, lumpy pillows, 1 trash bag for 5 day stay, locked trash chute, apt phone did not work to contact front desk, no hotel assistance since you are considered a resident and not a guest.

10.0I would rate this property a 100 star .. what an amazing and luxurious apartment with excellent view & location.. host is genuinely cooperative and helpful, which elevates our experience in Miami. (Located in Gale Hotel & Residence)
