Exceptional hot weather was a problem so the apartment was really hot but apart from that my stay was good

Good location but the hot apartment with no airconditionjng made being in the apartment unpleasant.
5.0The location is terrific. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants. Half way between Holborn and Russell Square tube stations. Two bedroom two bathroom apartmentment suited us.
− No airconditioning ! It got so hot on the fourth floor. The weather was high 20s, low 30s but apartment was stiflingly hot. Even with fans the oppressive heat was very unpleasant. The rooms are tired. The bathrooms are clean but stained and need an overhaul. No coffee provided at all though was a jar of teabags. Would not stay here in summer.

− Lack of maintenance and proper cleaning
Overall good stay for the one night but wouldn't choose to stay for longer. Not worth the price.
5.0The apartment was safe and secure and was clean and tidy. The location was a good distance from Kings Cross, we were able to walk to the apartment. The double open patio doors were a nice touch for the next morning.
− The shower in the main bathroom had very poor water pressure. The lack of aircon in the apartment made it very difficult to sleep, we were given a fan but it only blew around hot air. The wi-fi wasn't available to connect to, for any of us. We were late checking in as the reception had misplaced the apartment keys. Due to all of this, I don't think it was worth the price at all.

SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
