All fine until last day

− Everything was fine until someone on the last day had to go back to pick up a phone charger, the person got stuck inside the apartment (we have video) and it would not open for then to get out (electronic lock got jammed would not accept code) the person had to jump out the window!!!!!!!!!! So dangerous. Later I got a call from Jose saying he will complain to booking for us breaking the lock but we were the ones that almost lost the flight. We don’t blame him for the malfunction of the lock, it just happened.

It was in a good vicinity and close to a lot of stores that we would shop at.

Breakfast was not provided

− We had issues with the tv, when we tried to watch it, the channel was changed in the middle of the movie we were watching and when we changed it back it would be changed again. I don't know if it was done by someone in the complex or there was a glitz with the tv station. The kids could not watch any of their programs, and the most annoying issue was that the control could not be found when we moved in, a second one was brought over but it still did not work and we found the original control the night before we left under the sofa when we were cleaning. The reason I answered yes for returning because my husband liked it for the fact of being close to stores he wanted to go to and close to the airport.

Nice for short stays if you wish to eat out.

The property itself was nice and modern and the rooms and room sizes suited the family needs. The 2 parking bays for the unit was a bonus as we had a big car and the carpark was tight. There were plenty of towels and bathroom liquid soaps and shampoos etc. There were plenty of beds and bedding options for 6 people. There was a supermarket about 1.5kms away, a service station on the corner and plenty of food options within walking distance.

− The last arrival instructions were fine, although contradictory to the information provided on booking.com. So pleased, we received that last email with entry instructions and that we had roaming on our phones coming from overseas. The kitchen equipment was very minimal. There was no toaster or electric kettle. The crockery was all plastic as were the few badly cracked cups. There were NO coffee cups at all, yet there was a coffee maker. There were no oven trays and very few cooking utensils and cutlery. We only stayed three nights, but with 4 adults, 2 children and the price, I expected a bit more in the kitchen. It would certainly not provided for the 12 people the beds enable.
