− Upon arrival I was told by the front desk clerk I couldn't check in because booking.com didn't send my reservation. He was also very rude and told me that "if I wanted to book a hotel I should've went down the hall to the W"... The check in process was something I've never experienced before. Poor communication between the staff and hosts
