− I did not like the fact that there were huge cockroaches running around the apartment.The shower was backed up.The apartment was old and raggedy and looked nothing like the pictures Booking.com. The bathroom smelled of mold, and the paint was chipping off the walls.The windows were old and dirty and raggedy.The apartment is hideous!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RIP-OFF AND UNSAFE.
1.0Nothing at all. Avoid at all cost. Owner lives in Dominican Republic and doesn't answer the phone.
− All of it. Scary area. People in apartment next to us openly smoking cannabis. Internet and wifi was non existent. To top it all off, shortly after we got there another couple arrived saying they had booked to stay in our apartment as well. We had to pay another $300 to stay somewhere else and the owner still got his money.

5.0− It was smaller than it looks in the picture. There was no hot water . It was noisy outside too, people slamming doors and people playing music loud outside.

− The property was very tired and didn't match the photos advertised. More importantly, it had a number of issues, including stove cooktops that didn't work, missing light bulbs, fire alarms, and unsafe electrical.socket.
