5.0Location was great, plenty of space for a large group. We were there in a heat wave so luckily each bedroom had a fan but the place was quite hot.
− Unfortunately it wasn’t stocked well, wasn’t enough toilet paper, no soap in the bathrooms. The oven and washing machine didn’t work. We had bought food to cook then couldn’t get the oven to work. Dish washer was dirty and full when we got there, with no dish washing tabs, no towels or paper towel for the kitchen. We had to purchase quite a few things as we were there for almost a week. There was no hair dryer so we had to purchase one.

10.0Booked the property one day before and the host was able to accommodate us! Great location, free parking provided. A lot of shops nearby, a short walk to Chelsea Stadium. Very helpful host was able to solve our queries/problems, will definitely be booking again.

− Communication could’ve been quicker. I wanted a late check out and had trouble putting on the heating and when I sent messages I got no reply. That would be my only negative.
