Very private and nice stay
8.0Very private and there are trees in front of the windows in the backyard on the other side of the canal.
− It was uncomfortable to take the trash out between 6:30-8:30.

9.0Апартаменты хорошие. Места немного, но для ночлега достаточно. Про заселение обсудили все за пару дней до заезда в переписке. Хозяева настойчиво просили заплатить налог туриста через какую-то платформу. Но у меня не получалось на нее зайти. Сошлись на том, что оставлю наличные в прихожей. Хозяева отдельно написали, что их сотрудник зайдет за деньгами в конкретное время, предупредили заранее. Расположение хорошее, но Венеция не относится к числу интуитивно понятных городов. Два дня подряд я вбивал адрес в навигатор и он меня приводил в другие места. А запомнить это местоположение я не смог. Пришлось просить помощи у местных. Несколько странно было говорить что я заблудился, но люди охотно помогали. В номере все необходимое есть: чайник, плита, посуда, стиральная машина (не пользовал), холодильник, мыльно-рыльные, чайные пакетики.
− Очень узкая и крутая лестница ведущая в номер на 2 этаж. Она очень травмоопасная. В спальне не горел верхний свет. не нашел розетку около кровати

Pleasing apartment and good location to do things.
8.0Location was very good. In a nice, quiet residential area. Very rarely smelt unlike most other areas of Venice which was a big plus. Had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.
− Not much to be done about this, but the alleyway to the apartment was long and dark, luckily Venice felt very safe all the time so never was an issue.

8.0Excellent quiet location next to small canal. Flat has comfortable sitting room and bedroom and nice kitchen and bathroom.
− Property only accessible by a steep narrow staircase with only very small space at top to stand on when opening the front door. Could be difficult for older guests.
