10.0The property is centrally located, clean&tidy, good communication with the host. Has washing machine, dishwasher, coffee, comfortable and nice furniture.
− It does get noisy at night (weekend) due to public bars down the road. It was a surprise to have to pay the host before we were able to arrive at the apartment as we thought we had payed via booking.com - we checked with booking.com and it was all legit.

− Il soggiorno era di tre notti due adulti e 2 bambini, era presente una macchina del caffè a cialde, il gestore ne ha lasciate n. 4 di cappuccino, le avrei ovviamente comprate se avessi saputo dove. Sicuramente non è una zona bene frequentata lo si evince dai palazzi dalle strade e dai negozi limitrofi dalla confusione notturna. 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro L3 EL2 unica comodità. Per i bambini un divano letto che all'arrivo non era stato aperto, di frontr ad esso un tavolo in ferro battuto con un vetro sopra pieno zeppo di polvere, tende sporche, balconcino con simpatici piccioni.

− les murs et portes n'étaient pas bien nettoyés. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un grand ménage. Également, les bruits de la rue se font entendre facilement, insonorisation faible.

10.0Аппартаменты понравились.Находятся недалеко от станции метро и автобусных остановок., что облегчает передвижение по городу.На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Хозяева оч внимательные, приготовили капсулы для посудомойки, для стиральной машины , кофе.Было шумно на улице первую ночь , потом все было хорошо .мы довольны остались всем .Спасибо хозяину за все
