Overpriced for what you get. They do not tell you the full story about the property as explained above. However the repr
4.0Close to Little Havana and convenient to walk to other areas and commence a cruise.
− No mention of having to pay your own property damage insurance (non refundable!!) prior to to booking. No mention of of having to walk up 16 steps to second floor prior to booking No mention of AC that is ineffective and very loud that you cannot sleep at night and does not cool the room during the day. ( prior to booking) both AC units need to be replaced with more powerful models! No mention of resident roosters to keep you awake in the morning (prior to booking). Electrical fittings in kitchen appear faulty. You have to “manipulate “ them to get them to work ( OHS issue). 50% of kitchen floor tiles are cracked. The bathroom floor tiles have not had a proper clean in months!! The check in process is most unusual and you do not get instructions until 24 hrs before you arrive.

9.0Das Apartment ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man erreicht Downtown in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß und kann dann kostenlos mit dem Metromover die Stadt erkunden. Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
− Der Hahn der Nachbarn ist leider wirklich störend, aber die Unterkunft stellte sogar Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung.

− Es demasiado chico (solo para 2) y las ventanas no se podían abrir. Las cortinas de la habitación no cubrían del todo y x la mañana ingresaba mucha luz. Nos tocaron días de frío extremo y no había calefacción.
