Very responsive host who was flexible about us dropping our bags early. Offered some nice additional items such as bottled water in the fridge. Bathroom was well stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The property was really well equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning products and condiments. The host had provided plenty of fans to help combat the hot weather. The location was great - less than 2 minutes from Tooting overground. Taking everything into account this was a very good value property.

− The property would benefit from a deep clean. The entrance to the property is very overgrown with 2 open and full bins. On both nights of our stay foxes pulled food out of the bins and left rubbish all over the front garden. Neither of the ground floor doors were well fitted with large gaps around them which felt unsecure. The bathroom would benefit from a deep clean around the shower screen, shower heads and ceiling cladding. The sofa was very uncomfortable and had a ripped and very old fashioned cover over it.

The place was very beutifull and confortable, the house is big and has all amenities in order. We where gratefully surprise by complementary snacks that show a very thorough actitud towrads guests :)

− No, everything was great. We felt very welcomed and the station is really close by so we had no problems to go seitseeing. also there is a lost of shops and lidl is really close by.

Bonito alojamiento muy recomendable para familias

Somos una familia de 5 y para nosotros ha sido una opción muy recomendable. Con todas las comodidades a un precio razonable y a una distancia fácil del centro de Londres en transporte público. Es una típica casa inglesa de dos pisos: abajo una estancia de cocina, comedor y salón, con un aseo. Y arriba dos amplias habitaciones y un baño completo. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama de matrimonio y la otra tres camas individuales. Los baños están nuevos. Hay televisiones en el salón y las habitaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas. La cocina está muy completa, con lavadora y lavavajillas. Está a 3 minutos de la estación de tren y unos 15 minutos de la del metro, que te deja en 20 minutos en el centro de Londres. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. El personal súper amable, con muy fácil comunicación vía WhatsApp.

− Por decir algo, el agua se la ducha sale con poca presión. Las toallas son un poco pequeñas. El primer día la casa estaba un poco fría, pero la caldeamos enseguida. El pequeño jardín de la entrada podría estar más cuidado.

Tutto! L'accoglienza è stata top. Il proprietario si è mostrato gentilissimo da prima di entrare nell'appartamento. Sempre disponibile e cordiale, era pronto a venirci incontro per qualunque cosa. La casa era molto pulita e in 5 ci siamo trovati benissimo. Inoltre, è stato molto carino da parte sua farci trovare tutto il necessario dai prodotti per il bagno in ottima quantità ad accessori tipo phon, detersivo, prodotti per la pulizia, olio, sale, thè in bustina, caffè solubile... La cucina era molto comoda: piastra ad induzione con tanto di istruzioni mandateci dal proprietario. C'erano anche forno e microonde anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di usarlo dato che la maggior parte del tempo eravamo fuori a visitare la città. Anche letti e cucini erano puliti e molto comodi. Altra cosa degna di nota la posizione. La casa è ubicata nella zona sud, ma con i mezzi ci si sposta molto facilmente. Vicino c'è la Lidl. Il mezzo più comodo è stato la metro e la più vicina è Tooting Broadway che si trova a circa 13-14min a piedi. Ci sono anche diversi bus che portano lì nel giro di 3 fermate circa. Davvero ci tenevamo a ringraziarla ancora infinitamente per tutto quanto. Si vede che è una persona che oltre ad essere molto gentile, ha veramente a cuore la soddisfazione e la cura verso il cliente. Non posso dare meno di 10 a questa recensione. Se ci dovesse ricapitare di visitare Londra, sarà di sicuro la nostra prima scelta
