O apartamento era muito belo e muito bem decorado, nun bairro da cidade histórico. A proprietária permitiu-nos entrar no apartamento quando chegamos á cidade e assim puidemos aproveitar tudo o dia. Ficamos muito gratos. The apartment was very beautiful, located in a historic building and very well decorated. The host allowed us to enter as soon as we arrived in Venice, which we really appreciated. L'appartamento era molto bello, situato in un edificio storico e arredato con molto gusto. La padrona di casa ci ha permesso di entrare non appena siamo arrivati a Venezia, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato

O ar condicionado apenas funciona no quarto principal mas não há ar condicionado no outro quarto-salão.As janelas têm mosquiteiras no quarto mas não no outro lado, e então não podem estar abertas para refrescar á noite. A casa de banhos e o banheiro são um bocadinho incómodos pola cabina de jacuzzi e o cheiro ás manhãs se fica fechada. Por último, o sofá cama e muito incómodo e podia ser melhorado facilmente com outro de muita melhor qualidade. Muito obrigados. These are suggestions to improve the future quality of the accommodation. We stayed in Venice during a heatwave, and it was very hot in the apartment. The air conditioning only works in the main bedroom, but there is no air conditioning in the other bedroom-living room. The windows have mosquito screens in the bedroom but not on the other side, so they cannot be opened to cool down at night. The bathroom and the toilet are a bit uncomfortable because of the jacuzzi cabin, and there is a smell in the mornings if it remains closed. Lastly, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and could be easily improved with a much better quality one. Thank you very much. Questi sono suggerimenti per migliorare la qualità futura dell'alloggio. Siamo stati a Venezia durante un’ondata di caldo e abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo nell'appartamento. L’aria condizionata funziona solo nella camera da letto principale, mentre non c’è aria condizionata nell’altra camera-soggiorno. Le finestre hanno zanzariere nella camera da letto ma non dall'altra parte, quindi non possono essere aperte per rinfrescare la notte. Il bagno e il WC sono un po’ scomodi a causa della cabina jacuzzi, e c’è un odore al mattino se rimangono chiusi. Infine, il divano letto è molto scomodo e potrebbe essere facilmente migliorato con uno di qualità molto migliore. Grazie mille.

Location, comfort, amenities, quiet and price.

The location, the apt, kitchen, restaurants and bakeries walking distance. Bed very comfortable and so quiet. Bathroom spacious and clean. There is an amazing leather shop IL Grifone since 1985 with great prices for the quality and worth every penny. Better than in Florence. Fondamenta del Gaffaro Dorsoduro, 3516. The Lion and The Eagle. HIghly recommend. For Venetian jewelry selection and price Allessandro Tagliapietra. Hand crafted. Locals shop there as well.

− No a/c in the living room and kitchen. Very hot in day time. The bedroom a/c is on a timer so could not adjust to keep cooler in afternoon also turns off in daytime so when you come back in afternoon it is very hot. They did have a fan which helped. The spray arm in bathroom kept falling off. Loved the jetted tub but jets appeared to have gunk in them so didn't use. This was a bummer as we were looking fwd to soaking after being on a cruise for 12 days. My friend claimed not enough hot water but I found it to be more than suffiecient. Patio table and chairs would of been nice to sit in the patio entrance area. Plenty space to store in entrance location.

Lovely and clean lots of room near everything

− Shower head dangled so couldn’t have a proper shower had to hand held it and one of the hooks in the bathroom was loose so worried in case it fell off to use it. Correct address would have been better

Ottima la posizione, comodo appartamento per una famiglia con bambnini. Cucina piccola ma super attrezzata, ci iamo trovati bene.

Lovely place with everything you would need , we had a really great time here, and the location is pretty good, too. I would definitely stay here again.
