The host was exceptionally well-prepared. Even before our arrival, he provided a detailed information package with clear, foolproof instructions on how to find the accommodation. He met us there in person, let us in, and thoroughly explained everything—from entering the building to using every part of the apartment. The shared areas were excellent, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (special thanks for the complimentary coffee capsules) as well as a comfortable living and dining area. Both bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, quality bedding, and plenty of storage space for luggage and personal belongings - if needed :) The apartment has central heating, but if you're someone who gets cold easily, there were additional heaters available in every room, including the living room. For warmer days, extra fans were also provided. We even received a power plug adapter, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bathroom was very well stocked: not only were extra towels provided, but there were also complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and other essentials. We were also able to smoke in the building’s well-maintained and pleasant inner courtyard without any issues. The living room TV also came with active Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, which was a nice bonus and made relaxing in the nights even more enjoyable (and yes, the neighborhood is very quiet - no traffic noises etc.

− As previous guests have mentioned, the hot water pressure in the shower can be somewhat inconsistent. However, the host informed us about this in advance and had even posted clear instructions in the apartment explaining a simple workaround. By turning on the bathroom sink tap while showering, the issue was easily resolved. While this is technically a minor drawback, it was completely manageable and did not cause any significant inconvenience during our stay.
