3.0− The property was really cold, we contacted them but no one came to fix it even though we told them several times. went around the houses with maintaince and no one turned up in the end. Their were also no portable heaters in the property. The underfloor heating which was the only source of heat in the property did not work well at all, severe rooms it was broken.
