9.0Położenie idealne. Zaskakujące rozwiązanie wejścia do apartamentu.
− Uszkodzona d Szczawnica chłopie woda do góry zalewając dość mocno łazienkę- do naprawy.

− Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Vergrößerungsspiegel.

8.0Sonst war alles super . Soweit war alles sauber und ordentlich.
− Leider waren unzählige Haare auf der Bettwäsche . Ich denke das die Bettwäsche zur Reinigung weggeschickt werden . Dann lieber paar Euro mehr ausgeben , das eine Nachkontrolle erfolgt.
Zentrale nah an Kneipen undCafés gelegenen Wohnung, ruhiges Schlafen nur begrenzt möglich.
7.0Möglichkeit getrennt zu schlafen, großes Bad mit großer Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche. Insgesamt gut gereinigt.
− Wohnung liegt an der sehr viel, vorallem nachts von lauten Fußgängern begangenen Mainzer Str. Schlafen ist bei den schlecht schallisolierten Fenstern auf dem nicht sehr komfortabelen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nur eingeschränkt möglich. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist so schmal, dass es für 2 Personen nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Der Backofen war von Vornutzern verkrustet und nicht ausreichend gereinigt, auch die Schublade unterm Backofen wurde vergessen und auch die Geschirrhandtücher. Angeschmutze Tischsets wurden nicht ausgetauscht.

− Abbiamo contattato l host perché che mancavano delle lenzuola in casa,ci ha risposto dopo 2 gg sommariamente e le lenzuola non ci sono mai state consegnate.

6.0Byt je priestranny a dobre vybaveny. Ma velmi dobru polohu a dostupnost do centra. Je tam dobre spojenie mestskou dopravou. V okoli je vela reatauracii, kde sa da dobre najest. Personal prevadzkovatela je velmi mily a ochotny pomoct, ked treba.
− Kupelna nebola dostatocne cista. V byte bol cigaretovy zapach a nebol dobre vetrany. V byte nie je zrkadlo, kde by clovek videl cely. Byt je na prizemi a vchadza sa do neho priamo z chodnika, pricom dvere su len presklenne. Je teda pocut hluk zvonku a clovek sa nemusi citit bezpecne. Byt ma velke okna, ktore musia mat zatiahnute zaluzie, aby mal clovek sukromie. Okna sa nedaju otvorit, a teda byt nie je mozne poriadne vyvetrat. V spalni nie je zastrcka.
