− Definitely needs an AC unit..even a small one!!
It's dirty and smells of stale air everywhere.
4.0200 meters to the metro station, contact the owner via WhatsApp, and that's it.
− The apartment was dirty, with an old, uncomfortable sofa bed covered in stains, a sagging sleeping area, and used condoms. The flat is located in the basement, and there is another basement with sand instead of a floor. I saw rats in the basement that could get into the apartment. The whole apartment smells terribly of dampness, rot and moisture, the smell coming from the basement. The bedding and towels were old and smelly.

− Podia estar melhor preparado para 3 pessoas (3 copos, e pratos etc). O berço no quarto ficou demasiado apertado, sem espaço para poder abrir a porta.
