3.0− Am fost informat târziu de către proprietar ca are probleme cu boilerul. Nu am ajuns la locație. A trebuit sa cautam cazare la sosirea în Londra. Bokingul nu ne a ajutat prea mult

9.0The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated. The host was extremely helpful and replied promptly.

− Shortage of kitchen utensils some of which was corrected during our stay. Curtains were flimsy so it was difficult to keep light out.
