Very beautiful environment, lots of greenery. The apartment matches the photos exactly and is very clean. Having a private bathroom is a great advantage. The directions before arrival were very clear, and the host was very responsive to our messages. We really enjoyed the apartment with its view of the garden (we could see squirrels from the window in the morning). We highly recommend this place without hesitation. Well served by the C11 and 214 bus lines. Little walking required. Not far from the city center. Many thanks to the host for the warm welcome. Très bel environnement, quartier très calme, beaucoup de verdure. L’appartement correspond exactement aux photos et il est très propre. Avoir une salle de bain privée est très appréciable. Les instructions avant l’arrivée étaient très précises, et l’hôte a été très réactif à nos messages. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement avec sa vue sur le jardin (nous avons pu voir des écureuils depuis la fenêtre le matin). Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Bien desservi par les lignes de bus C11 et 214. Peu de marche à faire. Pas très loin du centre-ville. Un grand merci à l’hôte pour son accueil.

The host went far and beyond the call of duty, very approachable and always responded to messages promptly.

− It was smaller than I would have liked but only because it was my son and I and I didn't want to share the bed with him. Also I hadn't really looked at the flat's measurements. The friendliness of the host, the flat's cleanliness, the stocked up cupboards, the proximity to local transport and parks more than made up for the size.

Cockroaches present during our stay took down a big notch of enjoyment of this otherwise very nice apartment with a good

Unique location for those who don't mind a nice little walk to the nearest tube station.

Wonderfully quiet place in a lovely neighbourhood. Right next to Hampstead Heath, and not far from excellent local restaurants and basic shopping. Great to have a chance to live in one of those charming buildings at a reasonable rate.

− Bed was not the best and replacing the shower facilities with some modern hardware would be a huge update with little investment, but neither of these things where dealbreakers in any way.
