− הזמנתי דירת יוקרה, כדי לחגוג את יום ההולדת שלי עם משפחתי בלונדון ולצערי, קיבלתי דירה מאוד מוזנחת ומלוכלכת, שלא תואמת את התמונות והתיאורים, למרות פניות חוזרות ונשנות, שום דבר לא תוקן או טופל כבר 4 ימים, שטיחים קרועים ומלוכלכים, מרפסת עם ריצוף שבור ומסוכן, מעקה מדרגות שבור, עובש במקלחות, ריהוט שבור בפינת האוכל, אין מכונת קפה כפי שהובטח, אין מזגנים בחדרים בחום של יולי, יש רק מאווררים קטנים שלא מספיקים לקרר, ‎הדירה מאוד מוזנחת, לא צבועה, התמונות לא משקפות את המציאות,המון כתמים שחורים על הקירות, כתמים שחורים על השטיחים, שטיחים קרועים ולא מודבקים היטב לרצפה , חוטים פרומים, הכסאות במטבח, מתנדנדים, חלקם שבורים, הרצפה מלוכלכת ודביקה במטבח. אין מכונת קפה במטבח, יש קומקום חשמלי שלא עובד, אין אפשרות להכין קפה, הסירים והמחבתות במטבח שחוקים וישנים.

The apartment itself was decent. I liked the balcony open air, however some wooden slats were broken, which could cause someone to fall. The kitchen, living area and size of the apartment were all good. Some standing aircon in bedroom which helped with the heat in London.

− The walk from the station with luggage was about 15min. The underground station at Elephant and Castle is confusing with 2 separate entrances on opposite ends of the square. Stairs in the apartment are very steep. Beds are not comfy, mattresses had springs poking us in 3 of the bedrooms. The kettle did not work properly and they did not make any attempt to replace or repair it even though we had addressed a complaint to the host.

Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 15 min bei fast allen innerstädtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Abends und nachts ist es ruhig. Eine schöne Wohngegend gelegen. Die Dachterasse ist toll!

− Die Küchenausstattung ist mau. Zu wenig Teller, Schüsseln und Gläser. Wir waren zu acht. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, hat aber dem Wohlfühlen keinen Abbruch getan.

Nada, es un fraude. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad actual del apartamento. Las paredes están sucias y con agujeros. Los colchones tienen al menos 20 años, no hay agua en el baño de arriba, no funciona la calefacción arriba tampoco y cuando se lo comunicamos no hicieron nada por solucionarlo.

− En la descripción aseguran que hay un sofá cama que no existe por lo que tiene capacidad para menos personas de las que publicitan. Mi familiar tuvo que dormir incómodo durante 4 días a pesar de haber pagado 1500 euros por 4 días. El segundo día nos llevaron una especie de tumbona que era peor todavía que el sofá. No podíamos usar uno de los baños porque no salía agua y no respondían a las llamadas. Los muebles de la cocina no cierran….el horno daba asco de sucio que estaba. Vergonzoso.
