Exceptional stay with kind staff, we’d start again in a heartbeat.

− It’s located on the second floor, be prepared for stairs. The laundry is shared with one other apartment, not a big concern.
Clean, spacious apt in quieter San Croce!
10.0Roomy top floor apartment-great for a family. Location is away from the busy areas but still has plenty of restaurants and easy walk to other neighborhoods if you like walking and seeing all of the canals, and architecture.
− Not a problem for us, but it’s on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to carry your bags upstairs. Also, If you go before air conditioning is permitted (May 1) and it gets hot, and you need to open windows —the mosquitoes are bad in Venice so bring a smalll fan/repellent.
Nice and quiet central location.
10.0It's a perfect location, not too far away from the interesting parts of Venice. All is there, clean, working, new, complete. It's run by a company, not by a private host, and they're quite professional. Also very good of them to provide a book with info and tips about Venice (200+ pages).
− Bathroom was clean and new, but a bit cramped. Being an old house, there's not much to be done about this.
