Top floor Pimlico apartment with Balcony in London - too wonderful!
10.0We loved this apartment and its location. Highlights for us were: Cleanliness, comfortable and warm, spacious and light, outdoor balcony and location. The decor is homely and there was great ventilation. Fast wifi and excellent communication. We love self check-in, yet appreciated the personal touches in all correspondence with real people.

1.0Приехала по подтверждённому бронированию, следовала инструкции — код от локербокса не подошёл. Четыре часа ночью простояла на улице. Обращалась в поддержку через чат, СМС и телефон — никакой реальной помощи, ответы раз в 30 минут и советы «позвоните хозяину». В итоге в 5 утра пришлось самостоятельно искать и оплачивать другой отель. С меня также взяли страховой депозит 250 фунтов с обещанием вернуть. Деньги за бронирование и депозит обещали вернуть — пока жду.
