The location

− When I arrive there every drawer was full of tins and open flower and various packets of all sorts of food stuff there was no way for me to store anything, I asked them to remove it and they didn’t, they said they couldn’t. The bed in the second room was 15 cm high. Both showers were broken. And only later did they fix them towards the end of my visit. T collection is very very difficult it’s about 2 miles from the apartment. This means that you have to take an Uber because you’ve got your bags where can you leave them. The house rules showed cutlery that was not in the drawer. Not even a pair of scissors as shown in the picture. I would suggest you ask for the house rules and the pictures, before you book. They clearly don’t want to do that because it would frighten people off. They were other storage spaces full of all the personal things. The bathroom covered was full of personal items, including fungal toe cream, which made you not want to go in the shower, even if it worked! It was clear that the showers were not in working order as the one over the bath was actually broken or lying on the side. And had not been fixed. The other one was taped up, I mentioned this to them when I arrived they did nothing until it fell down. They asked for an electrical inspection during the day, because it was for my safety, this should’ve been done before I arrived, for my safety and not for for their convenience in my inconvenience. All my complaints were ignored. Until I contacted Booking.com and told them I would. This was a little too late. Booking.com ignored my complaint’s . When I arrive there were 100 wire coathangers, and I mean 100 stuffed into the cupboards, I had to remove them and find a few decent ones, to hang my clothing. It is not the place that should be on Booking.com, because in the house rules, they tell you not to mention to anyone else in the building that is an Airbnb. As I say don’t book before you’ve seen the house rules!

Place is just what it says it is. 13th floor with views upriver from Wandsworth towards richmond. Bedsrooms nice kitchen/ living room nice. Deck was nice to have. The kitchen was better equipped than most of the apartments I have stayed at, which was nice. The kitchen also had some basic ingredients and spices which was nice as I cooked a dinner. Nice cafe (Kat coffee) almost out the front door had good coffee. Owners were good at communicating.

− We are a family of four. The eating table in the kitchen/dining room/livingroom was not big enough to eat at comfortably. There is enough space to have a bigger table so perhaps they will get one.

Location (convenient to transport links and stores/supermarkets), great view, tidy/clean apartment. Brilliant place to stay for a week with our family.

− Beds in 2nd room were two singles pushed together and slipped apart on the wooden floor which would have been fine with single bedding but annoying with double bedding.

The property itself was lovely, and exactly as pictured. Locating it was a little difficult, but once we arrived, it was worth it.

− The check in process and key pick up wasn’t the most convenient of exchanges.
