4.0Close location to the subway and some decent restaurants.
− No air con during the hottest week of the year. Upon checking we where told one of the rooms we had booked hadn’t even been cleaned but was advertised as available. The fan given had a broken toggle so would only rotate and the fan blades would catch on the guard making it noisy. The sky light had 4 electric blinds but 1 was broken and the motor would continue to run which made it impossible to sleep and would mean leaving the blinds open and have direct sunlight beam into the room. The main window would not stay open and outside the window is to massive glass window structures which reflect the heat into the room. The water in the shower is either extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between. The cold water in the kitchen tap would take best part of 5 minutes to run cold. The carpets are full of stains, which for the price per night is not acceptable. I was expecting luxury and got mediocrity. Stayed in Flat 7 and definitely won’t be staying again.
Superb flat in great location but not in heat
9.0We had a flat in no 3. Superbly equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great support from staff including carrying bags upstairs and very flexible check out
− No air conditioning and it was HOT. The windows opened with props didn’t help. Thank god for the fan
