Sauber, aber zu laut und renovierungsbedürftig
6.0− Dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Beide Schlafzimmer liegen an der Hauptstraße, haben keine Isolierfenster, sind zu laut zum schlafen. Jalousien im Wohnzimmer defekt.
