This was the perfect address and neighborhood for our work which mostly took place I.Pinecrest and Coral gables. Big eno
7.0Plenty of rooms for sleeping. The backyard pool area was probably the nicest part of the house.
− The home is run down, lots of cracked dry wall, needs a refresh. Downstairs bedrooms were very hot. The kitchen has a bug problem.
Maybe a nice place to stay if you are just planning to sleep. If you plan on using the house all day, you can do better.
4.0The property had the appropriate bedrooms needed. The backyard landscaping was very lush and beautiful. The washer dryer and dishwasher all worked properly.
− The main reason that we chose this house was because it had a spa and heated pool. On arrival, the blower only worked from morning until 6 PM. We consider a “spa“ to be hot. It never heated!. This was one of the most disappointing things because we were going to a wedding and we wanted to relax in the evenings, have a drink and sit in the hot tub and talk. It rained one day and it was too cold to even enjoy the pool. There was a futon in one of the rooms we were using to watch TV, but something was wrong with the leg so no one could sit on it until one of my relatives fixed it There were no dish towels or dish cloths in the kitchen to clean with, only one small cheap sponge. There was limited bath towels, and washcloths, at best, one per person. The outdoor area was in desperate need of power washing. It was very dirty, and the furniture was very dirty outside. There also were only four lounge chairs for eight of us staying so not everyone could lay outside in the sun. Also, one of the bathroom sinks was completely unusable and had been wrapped underneath with a garbage bag. The kitchen was exceptionally sparse, and one of the kitchen cabinets was falling off the hinge. The refrigerator was missing components in the door to put things. The pots and pans were disgusting/really old. There was one good griddle. The plastic cutting boards were completely stained.
