6.0The location of the flat is very convenient. Right in the heart of Brickell so walking distance from all the fun activities and life Miami has to offer. It could host up to 5 people comfortably. Amazing views and facilities within the building too. The host was responsive about any issues that came up.
− The flat given is not modern at all. One of the toilets made loud sounds in the middle of the night. The other toilet would flush but the tank won't fill up automatically. We reserved for 5 people but only got given 4 towels. There was no fob left to get into the building. The latter 2 were solved promptly by the host via our WhatsApp comms.

3.0They only thing we liked was the male supervisor, the location was perfect, and the view!!!
− What we did not like was the the following: 1. The apartment was Not throughly cleaned, 2. We did not have supplies nor received items to wash, clean with. 3. There was a dirty pitcher of water in the refrigerator. The female reception was ruled ass HELL!!. 4. WE WASN'T INFORMED OF NEEDING A HOST UNTIL ARRIVAL. 5. WE WERE TOLD THAT WHATEVER WE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE HOST!!! WHO NEVER RESPONDED!!!!! 6. THE PARKING DECK WAS CONVENIENT..BUT HORRIBLE FOR LARGE VEHICLES!! 7. The dryer never dried the linens.....took hours to dry 1 fresking towel..... 8.. MORE THINGS WENT WRONG.!!!!!!!

8.0The property & location was great! The unit and view was beautiful!
− We had trouble getting into the unit as the door was suppose to be unlocked. The host was quick to respond and had to remotely unlock it, which did not work at first. Door needs a new lock, which host stated he would get on top of!
