− Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at Hotel Le Magnifique in Paris. During my stay, there was extensive construction and renovation work taking place at the hotel. The noise was constant, and the area was extremely messy, which significantly affected my experience. In addition, the TV in my room was not working. I have attached photographs showing the construction work, the condition of the hotel, and the TV issue. Had the Booking.com or website had listing clearly stated that renovation or construction work was taking place during my stay, I would never have booked this hotel. I believe this important information should have been disclosed before booking, as it had a major impact on the quality of my stay and ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip to Paris. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and advise what compensation or refund can be offered. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Aleem Aziz

10.0Rooms were clean and well appointed, AC worked, staff was really helpful, facilities were updated (pool, fitness equipment etc). Location was great- near the train station, easy to get to other parts of the city, breakfast was worth the price
