3.0As listed the flat was close to Covent Garden which was convenient. It was superficially clean however some deep cleaning is required.
− On arrival it was difficult to get in. Then we realised the lock was broken so we were able to enter the building without any key or passcode. A real security issue especially as the flat door has only the key pad lock no secondary way of locking the door. The entrance hall was smelly and not very clean. The stairs are not only 4 flights but also narrow and twisty. The flat is a nice space although very hot and the 2 fans not very efficient. Ear plugs are supplied which really doesn’t help. We expected city noise which was relentless. We didn’t however expect the tortuous noise from the massive building site behind. Our choices were have the windows open and it was do noisy you couldn’t sleep or risk illness from overheating if we had them closed. The pictures show the filthy bedroom windows and the area around the shower. The shower is also only for little people. I’m 5’6” and only just fitted under it!! The main thing you pay for on a night away is to sleep and this is something we didn’t manage in this flat.

Lovely place - really lovely - but intolerable in current heatwave.
5.0Location was excellent- really perfect for our needs. Lovely decor - nicely laid out.
− It was just unbearably hot - the host had left a fan in each room, plus ear plugs - i think to suggest we sleep with windows open? The fans really made no difference unless you were sat right in front of them. The nights were unbearable and we struggled to sleep. The bathroom window appeared nailed shut and the kitchen window was broken and couldn’t be opened. I know you can’t help the heatwave currently being experienced- but it really did feel unbearable and i was worried about my children becoming ill due to the heat….

9.0Amazing location, so easy to get in and out of in central London. Easy access and excellent updates from the owners. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Definitely stay again.
− Very minor point would be curtains aren't great for blocking light. But that is properly nit picking. That's all I can think of.
