9.0− There’s noise outside, probably a big machine or something like that. We were not able to identify the source of the noise, but it’s a deal for sleeping.

− The ground was old and Little bit dirty as well as the Windows we heard everything.

8.0We had nice walks into Brickell and the property was really close to Publix grocery store. Also loved the easy free parking.
− The property provided earplugs for the birds in the neighborhood and that was very nice. Thank you.

5.0I like being close to the central city and good value for money.
− As mentioned in the review, the chicken crows in the morning. The problem is that it doesn't start early in the morning but from 3 to 4 AM.
