Lovely clean flat in amazing location let down by lack of some basic amenities and an unhelpful host

The flat was very clean and tidy, and the location was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the linens high quality. The flat was well furnished and attractive and two fans were provided which helped in the very hot weather.

− There was no-one at reception to check us in, so we rang the host to arrange for the concierge to come down. While we waited I parked my car in an unmarked bay near the reception as there were no free visitor bays and I have limited mobility. I have since received a CPM £100 parking fine for parking in an unmarked bay which seems very unfair and has spoiled the whole stay. Lack of basic amenities. Kitchen: There was no ice cube tray in freezer, no washing up liquid, sponges, cloths or tea-towels Lounge: No lamps or other lighting - only the main ceiling lights. TV did not work Bedrooms: Only one basic towel provided for each guest. General: There were no instructions for using appliances or rubbish and recycling etc TV issue There were no instructions on how to use the TV - I eventually reached an Amazon login screen but the TV remote would not allow me to enter any information. I left a message for the host on the first evening of our stay but heard nothing back. I left a second message the following morning but still heard nothing. I then rang the host who (after asking me to look for the other remote around the flat) contacted the previous occupant who said that their child had taken the remote control. Rather than provide another remote control the host asked if we would accept a late checkout (1PM instead of 10AM) the following day as a way of apologising for the TV issue and we agreed. The following morning at 11AM the host rang me to see if we had checked out. I reminded her of the late checkout and she said that there was a family waiting for an early check in - she made it clear that she wanted us to leave ASAP and I vacated the flat at 11.30. This was a horrible way to end our stay and I was very unimpressed with the way we had been treated. We had no TV during our stay, no support from the host and no real attempt to make up for the issue.

Responsive host, great riverside location, multiple benefits

I booked Snuggle Inn on the same day as check-in. The host was extremely responsive to our requests at short notice, including setting up the second bedroom as twin beds, organising parking on the same day, and accommodating a late check-out. Once we were inside, the apartment was everything you see in the pictures: clean, modern, and well-presented with two bathrooms, two balconies, and a gym downstairs. It was also the hottest week of June in UK history, and the host provided two fans and instructions to keep the apartment as cool as possible. A great stay and suited our needs. We also watched the World Cup at the Dial Arch Pub, a nice spot.

− The cleaner had left the key in the property, so it took a little longer to check-in and the heat...but none of these were the host's fault.

Surprisingly delightful location before a flight from London City including a fun trip a rss the river. Spacious and high quality accommodation with views of the Thames.

− I went to the wrong building at first but security were very helpful and quickly pointed me in the right direction.

Tolle Lage. Egal welche Frage wir hatten, es wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Anbindung ans Zentrum war hervorragend. Toll war auch der private Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Haustür zu einem absolut fairen Preis.

− Die Reinigungskraft müsste bitte den Geschirrspüler vom Vorgänger ausräumen ....
