Location was really good, very close to buses / tube / national rail. Having a kitchen was useful.

− Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the property was extremely hot, with the thermostat showing 29.5°C. I appreciate that it was during a heatwave and that I could have checked whether air conditioning was provided, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a fan in those conditions. After requesting one, I was told it would arrive within two hours. When it didn't arrive within that timeframe and I followed up, I received a response saying, "It's coming in 30 mins, be patient." The fan eventually arrived just before midnight, and to make matters worse, it required self-assembly. With no screwdriver or tools available, putting it together was far from straightforward. There were also no electrics when I checked in. After messaging the host and receiving no response, I contacted Booking.com for assistance. While I was on the phone with customer services, the host attempted to call me. As I was already speaking with Booking.com, I couldn't answer, and subsequently received passive-aggressive messages through the app for escalating the issue. It transpired that a previous guest had tripped something, and I had to reset the fuse box myself. This should have been checked before my arrival, and I was left without electricity for over an hour. Another issue was that parts of the carpeting were wet. In particular, there was a rug under the bed that appeared to have been recently cleaned. However, the windows were closed and the room wasn't properly ventilated, resulting in a strong damp smell throughout the property. The rug was still wet to the touch when I arrived, as were sections of the carpet on the landing. Given these issues, I asked whether I could check out early, but the host refused to waive the cancellation fee. As a result, I reluctantly remained for the full three-night stay. It's a shame because the property has potential, but the overall experience was poor.

We would stay again if we were in London.

The location was fantastic as we were going to the Emirates Stadium. The underground is very convenient to get straight into Central London.

Far exceeded expectations. Flexible with check-out times and very very responsive! 10 out of 10!

Location is ideal for anyone travelling to watch Arsenal or to be around the Islington / Highbury area.

Perfect stay in a clean and well located flat! Spacious enough for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. The windows filter very well the noise from the street and the location is perfect for moving to different parts of town!
