4.0La ubicación muy buena! El departamento algo oscuro pero cumplía bien .
− El gran problema fue que nunca logramos conectarnos a Internet. Yo insistí atraves de un WhatsApp que me indicaron y me respondía una persona muy mal educada respuestas sin ninguna solución. Le conté que tenia que conectarme a una clase online por lo que era fundamental tener Internet. Sin embargo no solo no me dieron solucion alguna sino que insistieron que el problema era de mis dispositivos porque el Internet según el registro de ellos estaba funcionando bien. Realmente lamentable. La calidad del departamento se ve mermada con el mal trato de los huéspedes. No volvería

5.0Квартира большая, район тихий и малолюдный, встречающая сторона достаточно вежливая и внимательная (мы не раз сталкивались что в Венеции местные жители весьма высокомерные и такое впечатление что недолюбливают туристов)
− В квартире холодно!!! Мы были в начале февраля и пришлось спать под тремя одеялами и в одежде! Никакого обогревателя которым клиент мог бы сам регулировать температуру нет! Есть общий котел обогрева но он регулируется ТОЛЬКО хозяином дистанционно. На нем стоит 20 градусов и путем долгих уговоров можно упросить хозяина сделать 21 градус, но этого все равно мало! Хозяин не понимает что 21 градус - это температура от датчика который стоит в холле, а в обеих спальнях значительно холоднее!!! На просьбу поставить температуру еще побольше (23-24 градуса) последовал ответ что по закону в Венеции (никогда не слышал о таком законе) запрещено делать в жилых помещениях больше 21 градуса. В спальнях было не более 16-17 градусов, тогда как в холле действительно было теплее, около 21. Но люди то спят в спальнях а не в холле!

Not cosy and doesn’t meet basic expectations
4.0The location is quite close to the centre and close to the train station / bus station. Good beds
− The apartment is not cosy - smells a little bit damp in the bedroom. Every day there were problems with hot water - the boiler switched off unexpectedly- we had to contact maintenance team regularly. It was cold in the kids room, one day it was +18.5 degrees inside once we arrived and the batteries were cold, had to contact maintenance team again. The “balcony” resembles prisoner slot. The hospitality leaves much to be desired- there wasn’t even tea in the kitchen (first time like that in a rented apartment). Overall the area is deserted, doesn’t feel nice, but I guess it’s regular in Venice. Overall, didn’t feel cosy and I wouldn’t like to stay longer in the apartment
Good to know
As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°.
This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff.
LATE-CHECK IN: Check-in is by APPOINTMENT from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, through a link that you will receive few days before your arrival.
Check in after 7.00pm is possible with extra charge of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in time; after 11.00pm the supplement is €70.00 and it's until 1am maximum. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
