Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich begrüßt und mit allen nötigen Informationen zum Haus und Garten sowie zur näheren Umgebung versorgt. Frisches Obst und Shortbread wirkten ebenfalls sehr einladend. Das Haus bietet alles was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Zugang zum Garten befindet sich separat neben dem Hauseingang. Hier lässt es sich mit Blick auf den Regent's Canal gemütlich verweilen. Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral. Die U-Bahnstation Mile End ist in ca. 10 min über den Mile End Park zu erreichen. Hier fahren 3 U-Bahn-Linien. In 15-20 min erreicht man bei einem gemütlichen Spaziergang am Kanal die Themse (Limehouse). Ein Supermarkt sowie Coffee Shop befinden sich in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Mile End. Der Flughafen Stansted ist ebenfalls mit dem Bus ab Stratford gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich.

− Die Ben Jonson Rd und die Rhodeswell Rd ist eine viel befahrene Straße. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einer Flugroute/ Einflugschneise zum Flughafen. Im Sommer war das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern kaum möglich. Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad an mehreren Tagen erwärmt sich die Unterkunft allmählich.

We were able to leave our luggage in before check in & head into Central London. Our host provided tea, coffee, milk & fresh fruit 🥰. Our host provided us with useful information regarding buses & trains which was helpful. It was like home from home 🤗

great stay in a lovely property

The house was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. It is situated in a residential area that felt safe and is a short walk to Mile end tube station. The house itself looks out on to the canal so it had wonderful balcony views looking out to watch the world go by on the canal and canal path. The accommodation also has a secure garden to sit and eat outside weather permitting. The kitchen was well equipped - great coffee machine plus the host had provided milk water juice and other provisions which was a lovely surprise and most welcoming. Lee the host was helpful and communicated well making our trip stress free. I'd recommend this lovely property it was a real home away from home, a superb base for our trip to London to attend our son's graduation and final show

The property itself is great, comfortable, everything you need. Location is beautiful being able to sit and watch the world go by on the balcony was amazing, a lovely walk down the canal to canary whalf and other parks surrounding the area was great. Great host with lots of information and super friendly. We fell in love with the place! Great for staying if your seeing an act at the london stadium.

Awesome Location clean ver good host

− Only one draw back is if you have special need person as guest . He will find difficult to climb the stairs as living room upstairs Otherwise its overall good
