10.0Clean one bedroom apartment that has lots of personal touches to enjoy your stay. We got a 3 day water taxi pass as Madonna pier stop is so close and allowed for easy access to airport and attractions. We walked back from Basilica San Marco which is a lovely way to see the streets. Maria our host, meet us on our first day and was very helpful.
− Suggestion: change lounge for one not so low to ground.
I love everything about this apartment
10.0The apartment is super cozy and spotlessly clean, with modern furniture and equipment. Super comfy bed. Nothing is missing - they even thought to provide toothbrushes in case you forgot yours in the rush of packing. The area is very quiet and feels authentically Venetian. The waterbus stop just 2 minutes away takes you everywhere - with direct connections to the airport, train station and northern islands, to name a few. You're so close to the open waters of the lagoon, far from the claustrophobia of the crowded narrow alleys in the center, and the atmosphere feels especially magical at sunrise or sunset.

Please note that a maximum of 1 pets is allowed per booking will incur an additional charge of cost: 20 Eur per stay.
