Not bad, but the location is not for everyone.
6.0The bed was comfortable and the complex seemed safe. There is a lot of natural light in the apartment and the wifi was good. The heated floor and wall in the bathroom were nice. Host was responsive when I discovered there was no laundry detergent. (It seems unreasonable to expect guests to bring or buy their own in order to use the washer.)
− The location feels much more remote than it appears on a map. The only dining options within a reasonable walking distance are in the Battersea Power Plant mall - so basically mall-type restaurants, which generally don't appeal to us. The apartment could use some basic maintenance and attention. It's not really possible to cook even a basic meal, due to the very old and inadequate pots. (So easy and inexpensive to replace at Ikea!) I had to spend quite a bit of time when we arrived to repair the vertical blinds in both rooms so that we would not be awoken by the sunlight in the early morning. One of the three sliding doors between the bedroom and living room was stuck, so it wasn't possible to close off the two rooms.
