7.0The location was ok. It was not to far from our crusie line. I didn't know much about Miami.
− The air-condition didn't work on our 3rd night. Called the people and they got in toudh with the managers. They could Not fix it due to being on a weekend. We left after they said that they would reemburse us, it has been 14 days now and I have yet to see the reembursement. I will turn them into the BBB if I don't receive it soon.

1.0The neighbors were really kind.
− There was a bug upon arrival in one of the beds, the carpeting was so dirty that i would not allow my baby to crawl on the floor. Lights were flickering the entire stay, and the ac unit was barely working. The beds were very uncomfortable to lay on (hard) and their was rusting and black substance in the shower head.
